unclean floor unreliable tv

the hotel initially seemed promising, especially the outdoor bar. however, the room cleanliness was subpar. i found several long hairs on the floor. also, the tv service was unreliable , disappointing..

broken ice machine smoky hallways

the parking was free, and i found that acceptable.

I really hate that the ice machine on my floor was broken. I had to go to another floor each time. it was a real inconvenience when i just wanted a cold drink. i also didnt like that the hallways smelled of stale smoke.

The room was very clean and felt fresh upon arrival. Our room featured a balcony overlooking the marina. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There was ample parking and many dining options nearby.

The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. After showering, the entire room felt damp. This, and this should be addressed to improve guest comfort.

The room was spacious and very clean. It featured hot tools storage with electrical outlets under the bathroom sinks. A bathtub and toiletries were provided. The size of the room was great for families visiting the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was readily available at the restaurant. Front desk staff were respectful and the team was excellent. This created a really lovely experience .

The breakfast buffet had many options including waffles, pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and cereals. The tiki bar has a good menu that includes tacos and cheeseburgers. Prices were reasonable.

the rooms were big! i stayed in a standard king room and it was super clean. the pool area was gorgeous (i spent most of my time there!).

breakfast was $20. little ones enjoy fresh waffles, pancakes, or french toast (eggs, bacon, and potatoes are also available). there is fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and croissants too.

the hotel has an excellent pool and a lovely tiki bar in the pool area. i especially liked the walk round dock, where you can relax and see all the boats. it is amazing!
